Jets’ Jenna Compono on the Jets’ Jetsons reboot
JASON PEREZ / Associated Press (AP) Jenna Compano says her husband, actor Adam Baldwin, has a lot of fun with the Jetsons.
She and her daughter, Jazmine, had been eagerly anticipating the reboot of the animated series for more than a year when the film’s release date was announced last month.
“I feel like I’m so happy for them,” Compano said, laughing.
“I think it’s amazing, it’s so much fun.
I’m very excited.”
The Jetsons, which was originally produced by 20th Century Fox and distributed by Paramount Pictures, is based on the Hanna-Barbera cartoon series that started in 1962.
The film is being directed by Rob Marshall, who also wrote the series.
The movie stars Adam Baldwin as a young, nerdy boy who has the ability to summon and control energy from his imaginary friends called “Jensons.”
The characters are played by Jennifer Morrison, Adam Brody, Ryan Murphy, Jason Bateman, Jenna Fischer, Matthew Rhys and John C. Reilly.
“The story was always meant to be a fun adventure,” said Bennett.
“This was always the idea behind it.
I think that’s why it’s been so good.
They have this incredible ensemble, and they’re really talented and funny.
And I’m really glad they’re all coming back together.”
The film’s director, Ryan Marshall, says the film will explore the characters and themes of the original series.
It’s being produced by New Line Cinema, which produces such movies as The Wolf of Wall Street, Captain Phillips, and The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.
