A protein drink might include milk, wheies, soy, or milk alternatives.
The proteins in milk and other milk-based products are generally less concentrated than the proteins in cow’s milk, so the ingredients that make up the drink can contain smaller amounts of the proteins.
Most protein drinks are low in sodium, which is essential for the absorption of many nutrients.
You can add up to 10 grams of sodium per serving, but you should keep that number low to avoid overdoing it.
You should also make sure the drink is low in fat.
A cup of milk contains more fat than an equivalent amount of protein.
The recommended amount is 5 grams.
A serving of protein-packed ice cream or a bowl of protein shake is probably not going to fill you up.
If you want a protein-rich drink, the best bet is a low-sodium drink.
For the protein drink to be effective, it must be as low in salt as possible.
A typical serving of soy milk contains less than 0.6 grams of salt.
A tablespoon of sugar (1 tablespoon of salt per 1 ounce of milk) adds up to about 1 gram of salt to the drink.
So for the average soy milk drink, you could add up a teaspoon to a liter of water.
If you add a tablespoon or two of sugar to the ice cream, you can add a couple of teaspoons of sugar per serving.
The most important thing about water in protein drinks is that it must not contain sodium.
That means that if you add water to the mix, the drink will be low in potassium, which may cause you to have a dropy, salty taste.
A drink containing less than one teaspoon of sodium is probably safe to drink.
