When the NFL will start streaming its games via the NFL Mobile app

The NFL is reportedly planning to start streaming games via its mobile app on Tuesday, but it will require users to subscribe to the NFL App to access them.

According to the Associated Press, NFL Media VP of product development, Dave Krieg, said in an interview that the app will launch with NFL games in September.

The app, he said, will offer more than just live streaming of games and offers access to more premium features, such as the ability to watch replays, as well as social sharing and the ability for fans to share clips from games on social media.

The NFL Mobile App is expected to be released in September and will be free.

The NFL says that subscribers will be able to watch games on their computers, smartphones and tablets via the app.NFL Network also plans to launch an app for the NFL app in September, but the network is not expected to offer a full-fledged subscription experience.

The network is already offering live streams of its games on its mobile apps.
